CAR FLAG CARE:

Our car flags are not intended for heavy interstate use.

They are lightweight flags.

The flag may be washed on gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry.

ABOUT OUR MARBLE PLAQUES/TILES:

Our plaques are crafted from tumbled marble.

As marble is a natural material, it is guaranteed to have color and texture variations and other inconsistencies.

Although our marble plaques are coated with a thin layer of acrylic, they are intended primarily for indoor decorative purposes or in an outdoor covered area that is shielded from the elements.

To clean, just wipe with a damp cloth.

TILE FINISHING:

Wire, beads, and ribbon are all subject to variation from the samples displayed online. As our items are all handmade, the finishing details vary upon availability. We will notify you of any significant differences.

SHIPPING:

If you are ordering within 20 miles of the Greenfield, Indiana area, your items can be picked up. Please select “Will Pick Up” from the shipping options in your order and call or E-mail for further details.

RETURNS:

We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days on all merchandise in its original packaging and condition.

Please note that personalized and custom orders are not returnable.

However, if there is an error in the personalization that is the fault of Watkins-Burkhart Design LLC, we will, of course fix the order and ship it to you at our expense.

If you are sending a copyrighted photo from a school photographer, professional studio, etc., you must accompany the photo with a release signed by the copyright owner.

We will not reproduce copyrighted or licensed photos, logos or artwork.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
